Sometimes the most underused space in a house is the one hiding the most potential. This upstairs utility room had a utility sink, a washer and dryer, and not much else going for it. The homeowner wanted more - specifically, a full bathroom that would add real comfort and convenience to the upper floor.

That kind of conversion takes more than just plumbing and tile. Getting the electrical right is what separates a bathroom that just works from one that actually feels finished. We came in to handle the lighting and outlet work, and with the craftsmanship that Clow Creations brought to the space, we had a lot to work with.

The backlit LED mirror was the centerpiece of our work here. Getting that kind of fixture installed properly in a bathroom - especially one with an angled ceiling - requires clean wiring and the right placement. The glow it throws across the shiplap wall ties the whole vanity area together. Paired with the recessed lighting we put in over the shower, the space feels bright and intentional without being harsh.

Outlet placement matters a lot in a bathroom. You want them where they're actually useful, done safely, and finished cleanly. The outlets we installed sit flush and clean against the shiplap - nothing sloppy, nothing that stands out in the wrong way. That's the kind of detail that gets noticed, even if people can't always name exactly what they're looking at.

When the right trades collaborate on a job like this, you end up with a space that clicks. The tile work, the vanity, the glass shower enclosure - all of it lands better when the lighting is right. That's what good electrical work does. It's not just functional. It sets the tone for everything else in the room.
