New construction electrical is one of those things that has to be done right from the start. There's no patching it later without tearing things apart. That's exactly why we take every new build seriously - every circuit, every fixture, every connection.

This build is a great example of what we mean. Multiple units, each with its own personality and finish level. And behind every chandelier, every sconce, every ceiling fan, every recessed light - there's clean, code-compliant wiring we ran from the ground up. We handled light fixture installation throughout, including statement chandeliers hung in tall vaulted spaces and wall sconces flanking mirrors in the bathrooms.

Ceiling fan installation was part of the package too. Getting a fan properly wired on a vaulted ceiling isn't just about mounting - it needs a rated box, correct wiring, and proper support. We don't cut corners on any of it. Homeowners shouldn't have to wonder if their electrical is safe. It either is or it isn't.

The outdoor spaces got attention as well. Security lighting on the exterior, soffit lights under the covered deck - all tied in cleanly and built to last. When a homeowner walks into a finished home like this, they're not thinking about the wiring. That's exactly how it should be. The work is invisible because it was done right.

That's what we're most proud of on a job like this. Not just that it looks good - but that it's solid. Safe, reliable, and built to handle whatever the homeowner plugs in from day one.
